CURRY SOUP RECIPE
INGREDIENTS: 50 gms 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 50 gms tomato puree 7-8 curry leaves 3 glasses of water 1/4 tsp turmeric powder salt (and pepper to taste 2 tsp butter
for garnishing: 1/2 cup boiled rice lemon
HOW TO MAKE CURRY SOUP:
1.Boil dal well. 2.Melt butter, add curry leaves, tomatoes puree, ginger, garlic paste. 3.Fry for a while. 4.Add salt, turmeric powder and dal. 5.Add more water if required. 6.Boil well. 7.Garnish with boiled rice and lemon ring.
