Prayer Festival - Chennai

The “Perinba Peruvizha,” known as the Festival of Joy was conducted in its 34th year on May 9-11, 2008 at the St. George’s Higher Secondary School grounds at Chennai. Sis. Stella Dhinakaran, Dr. Paul Dhinakaran, Sis. Evangeline Paul along with children Samuel, Sharon and Sweety shared the word of God on all the three days. A very large number of people had gathered to hear the word of God and God filled them with the Holy Spirit in a rich measure. The Lord Jesus Christ performed awesome miracles in the Perinba Peruvizha by delivering the people from their bondage, sickness and comforting the broken hearted. The Lord called out the names of many people through His servants and specified their problem and set them free. It was a thrill to see the Lord embracing and blessing the people as a father embraces and blesses his children. The Perinba Peruvizha was indeed a Festival of Joy as the people experienced the love and compassion of the Lord of Jesus Christ and received the blessings of God abundantly.
