In gradual stages, Dr. Paul Dhinakaran permeated into the Jesus Calls Ministry ameliorating and upgrading every aspect of the Ministry he stepped into.

He also trained himself to revolutionize the ever-expanding administrative setup of the Jesus Calls Ministry which was the greatest need of the hour. He received his MBA (Master of Business Administration) and also emerged as the first student in the Madras University to secure a Ph.D. degree in Management at a young age of 26. He applied his management skills to the Jesus Calls Ministry and under his able leadership and innovation; the Ministry began to function systematically and reached out to more souls. People's tears were wiped and troubled hearts were comforted. The Ministry began to rapidly expand its horizons. Soon, the Lord gave him a great burden to work towards building up families, to protect families at the threshold of breaking apart, to solve problems arising in families and to lay a firm foundation for newly evolving families. Thus, he started the Jesus Calls Family Blessing Plan to enroll families that needed special
attention and prayers, to act swiftly against the devil who has been attacking unprotected homes.
The reach of the Ministry is now strengthened by the Jesus Calls Ambassador Network, started by Dr.Paul Dhinakaran driven by the vision to unite all the patrons of the Ministry to form a well-knit team of trained evangelists, committed mission workers and highly-qualified scholars generated by the Ministry.
Dr.Paul Dhinakaran expanded the Education Ministry by founding two schools - The Evangeline Matriculation Higher Secondary School and the Karunya International Matriculation Higher Secondary School in 1991 and 1997 respectively.
He is the Pro-Chancellor of Karunya University; a Member of the National Monitoring Committee for Minority Education (MHRD), Government of India and also a Member of the Governing Council - National Mission for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (MHRD), Government of India.
From being an educationalist, the visionary Dr.Paul Dhinakaran went on to become a social worker, expanding the vision of the Ministry from feeding the hungry souls with the Word of God to further include the under-privileged in the country by establishing the Samiti for Education, Environment, Social and Health Action (SEESHA). His vision of a poverty-free India is being carried out through the various projects and services covering a wide span of rural India. As the name suggests, Education, Health, Environment and Social Justice are at the core of this NGO, led by the dynamic leader Dr.Paul Dhinakaran.
