Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.    (Philippians 4:6)

The Dhinakarans Beloved! It gives me an immense joy to bring you greetings of the new year along with my family. Wish you and your family a very happy and a prosperous new year. May the blessings of God be with you throughout this year.

Everyone expects new blessings in the new year. Isn’t it? The Bible says, “Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness” (Lamentation 3:22,23). It is essential that we need to seek the face of God every day because our days are in His hands and all of them are numbered. He plans everything beautiful in our lives. He knows where we will live and how long we would. Isaiah 40:28 says, “Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. “

Beloved! In order to be blessed and to shine in the life that God has given us, what is our part? We should we do? Mathew 6:33 says, “Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Remember, each day is a gift from God and He does not forsake us on, even a single day. Experiencing this Paul writes in Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through him who gives me strength.”

Therefore, make it as a practice to see the face of the Lord every day and ask Him for His grace and mercy. Begin your day, by praising God for all that He has in store for you. Even before receiving those blessings, offer thanks to Him with faith for receiving them. When you begin to praise God, the peace of God will rest in your heart. Philippians 4:6-7 says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” So keep praising God for the blessings He has in store. God Himself will lead you towards those blessings in this new year and miraculously provide them for you. Do not give up on your faith!


God, thank You for the New Year. May everyone in our family, come closer to You in this year. Help us oh Lord, to humbly put our hands in Your hand, and to trust You and to seek Your will for our lives during this coming year. Guard us, protect us and lead us according to Your will. Let Your name alone be glorified. I offer this prayer in the precious name of Lord Jesus Christ,
