IN YOUR MIDST

A pregnant woman was in great pain and agony when the time came for her to go into labour. When all her companions went aside, she began to talk to God. She prayed, “Lord! None can help me at this time. I firmly believe that all things are possible with you. Please give me the strength to give birth to this child without any complication and make me happy.” Soon, a divine strength filled her and enabled her to give birth to a child without any medical aid. On that day, she was the only one to be delivered of a baby without a surgical intervention in that hospital. This was entirely due to the Almighty God who stood in her midst and protected her from all danger. Halleluiah! He took charge of everything and perfected everything concerning her. The LORD has taken away your judgments, He has cast out your enemy. The King of Israel, the LORD, is in your midst; You shall see disaster no more. (Zephaniah 3:15).
On this day, are you heart-broken and in the midst of all evil and injustice? Fear not. The Lord shall protect you from all such things and He shall preserve your soul (Psalm 121:7). Oh! What a joy! He will stand in your midst with great might. He will dwell in you and walk with you. He will be your God and you will be His people (2 Corinthians 6:16). Oh! What a great privilege we have!
Mary, the mother of Jesus said, “For He who is mighty has done great things for me” (Luke 1:49). When you are in the midst of trouble, remember His might and seek the Lord and His strength (1 Chronicles 16:11, Psalm 105:4). Believe that our God will protect and guide you in all your difficult situation in a mighty and awesome way.
Dear Friend! Are you in the midst of any other trouble? Perhaps are you or any of your dear ones looking forward to their confinement? Be of good cheer! Talk to God with faith just as how the sister mentioned above prayed. He will save you also in a miraculous way. Your adversary, the devil may try to bring troubles and dangers to destroy you but our god who is great and mighty in power will stand amidst you and trample the enemy under His feet (Psalm 147:5).
Prayer:
Loving heavenly Father,
I believe that You are in my midst at this critical juncture. Today, I also believe that You alone can save me from all harm, condemnation and the plans of the devil and bless me. I thank You for being in my midst and causing miracles in my life. All praise, glory and honour belong to You.
