A WELL-WATERED GARDEN AGAIN

In our day-to-day life, unexpected turn of events may result in sorrow and sufferings. We suddenly reach a state in which our peace, happiness and blessings disappear in split seconds. None can understand our struggles and sufferings at such sorrowful times. However, the children of God need not lose heart for the Lord can surely rescue them (Psalm 37:9). When David was let down by all and hard pressed on every side, he looked up to the hills from where help came (Psalm 121:1). He looked unto God and received courage and confidence and strengthened himself in the Lord and recovered all that he had lost (1 Samuel 30:6:19). “They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.” (Isaiah 35:10).
Once there lived a happy and loving family. One day, their happiness was shattered when it was diagnosed that the wife was suffering from a terrible disease. Soon, a huge sum of money was spent in medical treatment but she did not recover. This family once a well-watered garden turned into a piece of parched land. Yet, the head of the family never gave up his hope. Trusting God undauntedly everyday he knelt down offering prayers along with his children. He claimed all the promises given in the Bible as his own and waited in the presence of the Lord. His absolute faith in God resulted in God blessing him and his family. Gradually, his wife recovered. All his monetary needs were miraculously met by God and once again this family became a garden in full blossom. Neighbours who witnessed this wonder were astonished.
God who rescued this family is alive today. He knows all the things you need. He alone is your way and strength. If you cling on to Him at all times. He will never leave you nor forsake you. He who mediates on the Word of God day and night shall surely be blessed and whatever he does shall prosper (Psalm 1:2, 3).
Dearly beloved children of God, in whatever worst situations you are caught up, when you surrender your ways to Him and remain faithful to Him, He will help you to succeed in all your ventures. He will help the righteous to be as bold as a lion (Proverbs 28:1). Submit your life to God and He will give you victory. One who belives that Jesus is the Son of God is sure to overcome the world. (1 John 5:5).
Prayer:
My Precious Redeemer! You are the only one who can save me at all times and under all circumstances. Father, save me from all the unexpected agony and trials I am going through right now. Lord today itself, help me overcome all my troubles and sorrows. Give me a victorious life. Thank You Lord, for hearing my prayer.
