Be A Cheerful Giver

Beloved! The Bible says that the Lord takes great delight in blessing you when you give to Him abundantly. When you give to the Lord you will not lack but increase in your finances.
The Bible says, “Let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver” (2 Corinthians 9:7).
A young girl attended a Jesus Calls crusade and gave her heart to the Lord Jesus Christ. At the end of the meeting an appeal was given to the people to donate generously toward the expenses of organising the meetings. When it was time for the offerings to be collected, this girl took a hundred rupee note and said to herself, "I will give this hundred rupees as offering". She heard God saying, “My dear daughter, yesterday was your birthday and you received many gifts including financial gifts. Why don’t you give more than hundred rupees?” These words broke her heart. Immediately she opened her bag and gave away all the money she had. She was glad that she obeyed the voice of God. The next day she went to her office as usual and found a letter addressed to her. When she read the letter she was filled with joy that a Rs.3,000/- hike had been given in her salary. She knew that it was the Lord’s doing and praised and thanked Him.
Beloved! The Bible says that when you give to the Lord, He will bless you in a manifold manner (Luke 6:38). Honour the Lord with your faithful giving however small your income may be. The Lord will also bless you in all aspects of life and make you happy. The Lord says, “You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; and My people shall never be put to shame” (Joel 2:28). So, give to the Lord and receive the miracle in your life.
Prayer:
Loving Heavenly Father,
I thank You for Your Word that You love a cheerful giver and when I give to You, You will cause a supernatural increase in my finances. Help me to sow more into Your kingdom and let my eyes see the supernatural increase in my finances. Let Your goodness and mercy follow me all my days. In Jesus' name I pray.
