JESUS FEEDS FIVE THOUSAND  

A great crowd of people used to follow Jesus as He performed great miracles on the sick.  One day, Jesus along with His disciples, crossed to the far shore of the Sea of Galilee and went on a mountainside.  As usual, people gathered around Him.
 

Moved out of compassion for the crowd, Jesus started teaching them many things.  On the course of His teaching, it became very late in the day.  Jesus knew that the people were feeling very hungry.  So, he asked his disciples, "Where shall we buy bread for these people to eat?" Actually, the disciples wanted to send off the people home as they felt that it was impossible to buy bread for the entire crowd and even they never realized that Jesus can perform a miracle.

Then, some of his disciples gave 5 small loaves of bread and two small fish that was the lunch packet lovingly prepared for a small boy by his dear parents.  Then Jesus made the people sit down and took the loaves and the fish, gave thanks and distributed to all of them.  It was a wonderful picnic atmosphere for the entire crowd.

After everyone had finished having their food, 12 baskets of the pieces of loaves and fish remained.  The crowd was amazed seeing the miracle worked by the Lord Jesus.

So, Jesus expects each of you kids, to give Him whatever you have, just like little boy who had 5 loaves and 2 little fish. You do that, God will bless whatever you have and make you as a channel of blessing for all.
