Healed by Jesus

 Jesus healed all the sick people who were brought to him.  
One day, He was preaching to the people who were crowded inside a house in the town named Capernaum. Four men brought their sick friend on a stretcher so that Jesus could heal him.  But the room was crowded and they could not get in.  So, they made their way to roof top, made a hole, and lowered the man right in front of Jesus. When He saw how much they believed in Him, He said to the sick man "Son, your sins are forgiven". 

 
Some of the religious leaders were angry when Jesus said this. They thought that only God can forgive sins and they did not believe that Jesus was God.

Immediately, Jesus knew what they were thinking. So, to show that He was the Son of God and had the power to forgive sins, he said to the man, "Get up, take your bed and go home!"  Then the sick man got up, picked up his stretcher, and went home praising God! He was healed.

This miracle that Jesus performed surprised all the people who had gathered there and all of them thanked God for it as they had never seen anything like this happen earlier. They also believed that Jesus has the power and authority to forgive sins.
