GRANDPA: Hello children! Good Morning!

NASH & NIMI: 'Praise the Lord' Grandpa!

NIMI: Why Grandpa? You don't like God?

GRANDPA: Yes. If it's all God's will, then isn't He responsible for our sorrows and sufferings as well? That's why….?

NASH: Then, Grandpa! You have never been to Church?

GRANDPA: Sometimes I go…..to attend the wedding service of anyone known to me.

NIMI:  Somehow, we should help Grandpa to know the True love of the Lord.

(Nimi thinks that this is the correct time for her to teach about Jesus to Grandpa)

GRANDPA: Oh! I have forgotten. I have an orange for you.

NIMI: You peel it Grandpa, and give it to us, please.

(Grandfather, peels the orange)

NASH: You never say your prayers, Grandpa?

GRANDPA: No, I have no faith in prayer.  God has given me only sickness and sorrow.  So I never pray.

NIMI: May I ask you a question Grandpa?

GRANDPA: Yes, What it is?

NIMI: Tell me.  Was the orange that you gave me sweet or sour?

GRANDPA: It was you who ate it.  Only you should say.

NASH: But it was you who bought the orange and peeled it for us.

GRANDPA: But.  I didn't eat it, my boy.  Only those who eat something can know its taste.

NIMI: In the same way, only those who have tasted Him can know that 'God is good.'  You haven't tasted Him so far, Grandpa!

GRANDPA: Yes.  I was a fool.  I never read the Bible and never prayed……Hereafter, I'll read the Bible regularly and pray.

NASH & NIMI: Praise the Lord!

GRANDPA: I too am going to taste and see that God is good!

"Oh taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man who trusts in Him!"  (Psalm 34:8)
