Part-07

Nash : Hello! Joseph, you seem to be very jubilant?

Nimi: Your face beams with pride of having accomplished some great deed in the world!

Joseph: For a long time a person was irritating me.  Today I have paid his due - word for word; blow for blow. None will ever venture to wag his tail to me.

Nash : What are you saying Joseph? Is it really you who have done all this? I used to feel proud that you were the very incarnation of patience.

Nimi : Supposing he arrives with his friends tomorrow and beats you up black and blue, what will you do? If you had been patient, you could have changed him for the better.

Joseph : You both brother and sister have confused me. I don't understand anything.

Nash: Harsh words will only lead to violence.

Nimi: A certain Person was transferred to a new place- He occupied a new house with his wife and son whose name was Johnny.

Nash: The House was situated in the midst of a dense forest.

Nimi: Johnny was in high spirits. The same evening, he went rambling over the rocks. He forgot himself in the scenic grandeur.

Nash: Forgetting himself, Johnny gave a big shout. In reply, he heard the same voice coming back to him several times. He was terrified! Then he cried out "Who is that??"

Nash: He heard it again. He then mischievously shouted again, "Fool! Answer my question?" said he. The same words echoed back again. He was disheartened - He went and wept to his mother.

Nimi: Having understood the whole thing she laughed and told him  to go again the next evening and speak only kind words.

Nash: But Johnny replied angrily, "I am not a fool to be deceived again." But his mother compelled him to go.

Nimi: Kind words brought back kind words. Johnny came back with joy. His mother explained to him all about the phenomenon of echo.

Joseph: In life, what we sow, we reap.

Nash: It is true; our words and actions should be pleasing to God. Let us ask God.

Nimi: Our words should always abound in grace.

"A soft answer turns away wrath, But a harsh word stirs up anger." (Proverbs 15:1)
