After the home Call of D. G. S. Dhinakaran, Paul Dhinakaran had a divine visitation through the Holy Spirit. He said, "My son, with the home call of your father, an era has ended. From now on a new era begins. This era has been destined by me to prepare this world for my Second Coming. I My Spirit shall be poured out just like rain upon all the people of this world, even upon those who pierced me. (Zechariah 12:10). Now your young men and women shall receive visions from Me. Your sons and daughters will prophesy (Acts 2:17). From now on this shall begin to happen. "

Then, according to Revelation 10:7,11 you must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, languages and kings.

a. God’s plan of blessing and redemption for all people of each nation,
b. God’s plan for the leadership in each nation, placing the right persons as leaders in each country,
c. Revelation about how to solve the problems of humanity eg. Food crisis, financial crisis, health crisis, family crisis, etc., just as Joseph received the revelation as a vision and interpretation.

The prayer intercessors shall receive this revelation in these Prayer Towers and shall prophesy as well as they shall pray in turns for God to fulfill them. Luke 18:7, 2 Chronicles 7:14, Habakuk 2:2,3.

Then God’s plan /will will be fulfilled on earth. Holiness, which is nothing but God’s will being fulfilled on earth will set in Heb 10:7, John 12:50, Math 12:50, 1Cor 3:17,18, 1Cor 6:17, Luke 9:23, in the hearts of people in all nations. Rev 22:10, 11. The devil shall also be bound. Luke 10:18, Rev 12:10.

When the world is ready thru this, then the seventh Angel shall blow the trumpet and the mystery will be revealed.

And then shall the world be ready to receive Me back on earth in person”.

In continuance to this vision, the Lord impressed upon Paul Dhinakaran to establish 6 regional Prophetic Prayer Towers in the following 6 regions of the world in order to prepare this world for His Second Coming.

Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and China

India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar

Arab Countries, Libya, Afghanistan, Turkey etc.

Whole of Africa

Europe, Russia and UK

Alaska, Canada, USA, Mexico and South America.

a. prophetic prayer intercessors shall offer prayers all the 24 hours for the nations of that region,
b. trainings and prayer sessions shall be held for the people of that region to be trained and transformed as the Prophetic Prayer Intercessors to prophesy God’s plan for their nations and the leaders and pray for that prophesy to be fulfilled, which will open the doors of Heaven to bless those nations as well as for the gospel to reach the nations blessing all Ministries in those countries,
c. huge evangelistic efforts shall be established in those countries.

While establishing the above mentioned 6 regional Prophetic Prayer Towers, the 7th Prophetic Prayer Tower shall be established in Jerusalem. One prayer Intercessor from each of the above 6 Regional Prophetic Prayer Towers shall come to the Jerusalem Prayer Tower and along with one prayer warrior in the Jerusalem Prayer Tower shall prophesy for the nations of the world from the Jerusalem Prayer Tower. All these seven prayer intercessors shall bring God’s plan upon the whole earth. Haggai 2:6-10.

"This is what the LORD Almighty says: `In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. I will shake all nations, and the desired of all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory,’ says the LORD Almighty. `The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house, ` says the LORD Almighty. `And in this place I will grant peace, `declares the LORD Almighty.” (Haggai 2:6,7,9)

Then the world nations shall interact with Israel shall be prepared for the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus and the One who is the desired by all peoples shall come.

From this Prophetic Prayer Tower in Jerusalem we are going to pray, "Lord Jesus, please come” and usher in His Second Coming. As prayers are offered all through 24 hours at the Prayer Tower in Jerusalem, people from all over the world shall come and serve in this Prayer Tower. Professionals, scientists, youth, men women, servants of God and all people shall come there. Prophetic spirit shall descend into them and they shall begin to prophesy. Persons from Russia will prophesy about America and people from China will prophesy about India. People from all over the world including the Chinese, Japanese, Arabs, Israelites, Jews, Indians, Sri Lankans, Malaysians, Africans, Europeans and Americans shall visit the Prayer Tower in Jerusalem and keep prophesying for the world. Through that the will of God shall be fulfilled in every nation and the nations shall be prepared for His Second Coming.

When we establish the Prophetic Prayer Tower in Jerusalem and start prophesying from there, Jesus will return to this world.
