For the first time, the Jesus Calls Prayer Festival was held in a grand manner in the State of Assam at the Veterinary College Sports Ground in Guwahati. This meeting which was organized for the blessings, peace and prosperity of nearly 7 states in the North-Eastern region had thousands of people from all over the North-Eastern region.

Hon'ble Shri Tarun Kumar Gogoi, the Chief Minister of Assam graced this meeting with his presence on the first day.

Shri Reo Reoa Narzihary, Shri. Emmanuel Moshahary, Shri. Santiuse Kujur and Shri James Basumatary executive members of the Bodo Land Council also participated. The leaders of the various churches of the North-Eastern region joined together and offered prayers. Bishop Rt. Rev (Mrs) Khunansori Basumatry, Most Rev. Sulan Narzary of the Bodo Lutheran Church participated and offered special prayers.

On behalf of the organizing committee a traditional welcome was given to Paul Dhinakaran.

God used Paul Dhinakaran in a unique manner and performed wonderful acts. These meetings manifested that ‘Jesus Christ is alive’ when Paul Dhinakaran called out the names of many people, clearly revealed the happenings in their life and prayed for them. Such people came rushing towards the dais to express their wonder and testimony in detail.

On the second day, the message delivered by Samuel Paul for the youth challenged them and his prayers encouraged them. God enabled hundreds of donors to meet them in person and get prayed over personally.

In these meetings the prophetic power descended mightily upon the gathered and besides transfiguring also prepared them for the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Truly God commanded a great revival in the North-Eastern region through these meetings. All glory be to God.
