Walk In TruthSpeaker: Sis. Stella Dhinakaran Gist: When you walk in truth, God shall bless you and your descendants abundantly. Beloved! Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He testifies that He and the Father are One (John 10:30). Jesus Christ says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6). “...For this cause I was born, and for this cause I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice" (John 18:37).
When you become His children, the Lord desires you to walk in truth.
“I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth” (3 John 4).
People may discourage you from following the Lord but do not give heed to such things. When you are zealous for the Lord and stand for Him at all times, then He shall fill you with His presence. When filled with the Holy Spirit, He will lead you into truth.
“The Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth” (John 16:13).
A beautiful girl lived life to the fullest. She would dress well and adorn herself with the finest of jewellery. Her parents got her what she wanted. One day she came to know of Lord Jesus Christ and accepted Him as her personal Saviour. Her life began to transform. Her parents got her married and she along with her husband served the Lord. She spent more time in the presence of the Lord. Because of her faith in the Lord, her relatives and friends teased her. But nothing could discourage her from following the Lord and she stood for truth. She prayed for them to know the truth. Soon, the Lord drew all her relatives to Himself. They all accepted Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour and were filled with the Holy Spirit and their lives were blessed.
Beloved! Have you alone accepted Jesus Christ in your family? Do not worry! Pray unceasingly for your family. Lord Jesus Christ will surely draw every member of your family to Himself. Stand in Truth, do not be discouraged when people mock at you for following the Lord. When you stand for Him, He shall sanctify you with His word which is the Truth (John 17:17). He will fill you with His presence and bless you and your dear ones abundantly.
Prayer:
Loving Lord Jesus,
I praise and thank You for revealing the Truth. Help me stay in Truth. Lord help me to draw my family to You. Let them also know You, the Truth. Give me grace not to get discouraged when people mock at me for my faith in You. Bless me and my descendants. I give You all glory, honour and praise.
