Divine Hand of Blessing

Speaker: Dr. Paul Dhinakaran

Gist: The Lord will visit your home to bless you and your family.

Dear friend, Lord Jesus Christ takes great delight in blessing you. When Jesus Christ was in this world, parents brought their children to Him and He put His hands on them and blessed them. Before ascending into Heaven, He raised His hands and blessed His disciples. Lord Jesus is alive and shall bless you in the same way.

Once when the President of America, Abraham Lincoln went to a city, a great number of people had gathered to meet him. He walked on the streets and everyone greeted him. Then a little girl who was sitting on the shoulders of her father and without knowing that he was the President of America said, “Uncle Lincoln! Would you come to my house? The President was thrilled and said he would certainly come to her house. His bodyguard said it would be difficult as there were a large number of people. But Lincoln was persistent and said, “The little girl has lovingly invited me to her house and I must go to her house.” He went to the little girl’s house and spent some time with her and made her happy.

Even our Lord Jesus Christ is full of love. He will visit you and your family and bless you. In Luke 24, we see that Jesus Christ after resurrection caught up with two of disciples on their way to Emmaus. He was conversing with them but they could not recognize it was Jesus Christ. When He blessed and broke the bread and gave them to eat, their eyes were opened. Only when Jesus Christ went home with them and blessed their bread they knew it was Jesus Christ.

Dear Friend, the same Lord Jesus Who blessed His disciples will also visit your home and bless you. He shall lovingly embrace you and fill you with blessings.

Prayer:

Loving Lord Jesus,

I am filled with gratitude that it is Your desire to bless me. Visit my home and bless me and my family. Let our lives overflow with Your presence and love. Fill our lives with blessings and favour. Lord, help us to live a life that pleases You and make us a blessing to the world. I give You all glory, honour and praise.

Amen.
