The Bible says, “And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.”(1 John 5:15)
Are you struggling for an answer to all your prayers? Let your hearts be lifted high. God is able to do anything. He is the One, Who creates out of nothing and makes it firm. He is still alive. He says, “I was dead and behold I am alive for evermore” (Revelations 1:18). When you ask in His name, He is alive to answer all your supplications(John 14:14).
“Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.” (John 16:24)
God is powerful and when you ask in His name, the reward for all your supplications will come down from Him. Surely there will be a reward for all your prayers.
Once, a little boy asked a man, who was swimming in the river, “Sir, you look like a Godly man. Will you teach me how to pray so that I can get a reward from God?” The man replied, “Come into the water and I will teach you to get a reward.” When the little boy got into the water, the man caught hold of his head and hands and immersed him in the water. The little boy felt very difficult to breathe. In a state of about to lose his life the man brought him up. The boy was shocked and said, “Sir, you had immersed me in the water and tried to kill me. Why did you do like this? How good it will be if anyone could pull me out and helped me to breathe? I desired to survive.”
The man said to the boy, “You have to struggle for your desire to survive. In the same way, when you strive in prayer, the Lord will hear your prayers and give you the reward.”
Dear friend, when you strive in prayer by asking in His name, the Lord will hear all your supplications and you will enjoy the reward.
Prayer:
Loving Lord,
You are a prayer answering God. I ask everything in Your mighty name and I believe that You will surely answer all my supplications. May all my priorities in life fall behind the knowledge of knowing You in person. Help me to seek You at all times. Wake me up early in the morning that I may strive in prayer and get the reward from you.
In Jesus’ most precious name, I pray.
