God will give you the sealed blessings. “My spouse, a spring shut up, a fountain sealed. Set me as a seal upon your heart, as a seal upon your arm; for love is as strong as death, (Songs of Solomon 4:12; 8:6)
This is a prayer. “Lord keep me as a seal upon Your heart. As a seal upon Your arm.”
What is meant by the word ‘seal’?
“Who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee” (2 Corinthians 1:22).
“In Him you also trusted, …whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise” (Ephesians 1:13). “And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption” (Ephesians 4:30).
Then God will grant you the fruit of the Spirit namely love, joy, peace, long suffering, patience, kindness, goodness, faith and self-control and prevent you from entering crooked paths.
How will your garden be?
“Your plants are an orchard of pomegranates with pleasant fruits, fragrant henna with spikenard, spikenard and saffron, calamus and cinnamon, with all trees of frankincense, myrrh and aloes, with all the chief spices; a fountain of gardens, a well of living waters, and streams from Lebanon. ….O north wind, and come, O south! Blow upon my garden, that its spices may flow out. Let my beloved come to His garden and eat its pleasant fruits. THE BELOVED” Your life is the garden. “But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits…” (James 3:17).
God will help you bear good fruits and through that enable you to lead a peaceful life. “For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth” (Ephesians 5:9).
God will give you a life that is full of the fruit of life. "He who believes in Me (Jesus Christ), out of his heart will flow rivers of living water" (John 7:38).
The Lord will not keep you just as a nominal person, or as one who prays filled with the power and fruit of the Holy Spirit but would also keep you as a source of comfort and consolation to many people.
Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life (Proverbs 4:23). Protect your heart that is sealed with the Holy Spirit in fear and reverence for the Lord, come before His presence with trembling, and be zealous for the Lord because out of it springs the issues of life.
"By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples” (John 15:8).
Gladden the heart of your Heavenly Father by bearing the fruit of the Spirit. Let Him be proud of You. May He say, “This is My beloved child with whom I am delighted to have fellowship.”
Prayer
Almighty God,
Help me to be Your child in whom You are delighted to have fellowship always. May I always bear the fruit of the Spirit in my life and be a source of blessing to all those whom I meet today. Abide with me and help me feel the fullness joy in Your presence. Protect and guard my heart and let springs of life giving waters flow out from me.
