THE LORD BLESS AND KEEP YOUSpeaker: Dr. Paul Dhinakaran Gist: The Lord will bless you, keep you blessed and make you a blessing. What are the blessings that God wanted Aaron to pronounce?
"The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace. So they shall put My name on the children of Israel, and I will bless them." (Numbers 6:24-27).
My dear Friend, remember that God wants to bless and keep giving you His blessings always.
According to the verse, “Look to Abraham your father, And to Sarah who bore you; For I called him alone, And blessed him and increased him" (Isaiah 51:2), God called Abraham and blessed him abundantly. “I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing” (Genesis 12:2) The Lord will bless you, keep you blessed and make you a blessing. Such is the heart of our God.
Many years ago, there was a lawyer who had been knighted by the Queen of England. That man testified as follows: “Even as I entered into this profession, I found Jesus Christ - my personal Saviour. I told Him, ‘My Master! My life is in Your hands. This profession is in Your hands. Let the world know through this profession that You are a God who blesses those who seek You diligently.’ Thus far, I have completed nine hundred legal cases and won all of them. This is the reason as to why I am being honoured by the Queen.” This is the compassionate and caring heart of our Lord Jesus Christ for all those who seek Him sincerely and with a contrite spirit.
Prayer
Heavenly Father,
You called Abraham and blessed him abundantly like the stars in the sky. Bless me this day. Give me the grace to diligently seek you all through the days of my life and be blessed abundantly by You. You are the source of all blessings and I commit this day into Your loving hands.
