Heavenly PartnerSpeaker: Dr. Paul Dhinakaran Gist: The gracious Lord is your guide. He will open your eyes and will show you clearly the things that you ought to do. When you listen to Him and do accordingly, He will make you blessed. Rejoice in Him. At the outset let me refer to the case - history of a particular gentleman; he was very poor, when young, so poor that he had only one pair of worn-out shoes, with a gaping hole, made whole by his ingenious, improvised card-board insertion. When the young man engaged himself as a 'collier', his sustenance was the weekly wages. Once he had the audacity to approach the Manager of a Bank for opening an Account with a meager sum of money Naturally the manager asked him, "Young man, on what name do you want to open an account?" Pat came the reply, "John & Company", with a gentle smile. The officer said, "It is a company, you should have a partnership concern?' The manager queried 'If so, who is your partner? He has to affix his signature'. This man replied, "Sir, my partner is Jesus Christ, the Lord'. The Account was opened. Days rolled by. The man became a stupendously great millionaire.
Friend, when Jesus Christ becomes your Partner, He shares with you, abundant blessings. It is His abiding will that you should have all sufficiency in all things, having an abundance for every good work. That is why; He makes all grace abound towards you. Let us now ponder over the outstanding difference between the life in partnership with Jesus and quite an earthly life (without Him). Let us also meditate upon the ways in which He, a Senior Partner in our lives, makes us blessed: "Dwell in this land, and I will be with you and bless you; for to you and your descendants I give all these lands, and I will perform the oath which I swore to Abraham your father" (Genesis 26:3). Our forefather, Isaac had owned Lord God as his partner in his life. That is why the Lord gave him a clearly defined guidance. The same is true in your lives too. You have a partner who gives you a transparently clear guidance as to what you should do and how to go about it.
Several years back, in America, during the period of Depression, there was a God- fearing young man, who had Jesus as his partner, in his trade. Due to the Economic Depression - prevalent in the country, Industry, in general was down. One day in his sleep, the young partner of Christ had a dream, in which he saw a modern sophisticated Ploughing machine and displayed it to others, who were thrilled. Applying to the Government for a patent, he received the approval and started producing the modern plough; he sold it in the market, earned millions of dollars and turned into a billionaire.
Yes, my dear friend, our Lord is our guide; will you accept Him as your Partner? He will open up your eyes and reveal to you with amazing clarify of the vision - what project you should undertake? And how you can bring it to fruition. When you follow closely the dictates of the Lord, you will surely receive the Blessings.

Loving Heavenly Father,
Help me to accept You wholeheartedly as my helper and partner; help me to lend a listening ear to Your gentle and loving voice and to obey accordingly. Teach the things that I ought to do and how to do them perfectly. Let Your name alone be magnified in everything that I do. Make me a guide to others to Your kingdom. I thank You for listening to my humble prayer.
